Thought I would post a quick little notice about a new article that was posted this week in the SLO City Newspaper that you can pick up for free at any newsstand. My chiropractor, Dr. Rex Stevens, and I wanted to write a mutual article about what it takes to be healthy both inside and out. The article came out really well and both Rex and I were pumped that it made two pages and they used ALL of the pictures we sent in. In other ironic news I am actually down with a bad case of strep throat right now. Great timing right? Today has been the worst thus far but I'm on some medication and hopefully will be back to practicing in the next day or so. Sometimes all the body needs is a little rest.

The next meet is scheduled for March 23rd and 24th up at Cal Berkley. Most likely going to be doing the entire decathlon to get one under my belt for the season. I'm looking for a great week of training coming up and I'm excited to update you with video and all the happenings on the track.
